All you need to know about the registration process
2021 ECA Ocean Racing European Championships are going to take place in Cherbourg en Cotentin (France) from 18th to 21st of August 2021. This event should gathered approximatively 400 athletes coming from allover Europe. They are going to represent no less than 20 different nations.
Official Races Program
Two official races are organized during the event. Then single surfski women (SS Women) race and the single surfski men race (SS Men), each for 3 different categories. Senior, U23 and U18.
Promotional Races Program
On top of the official races, six promotional events are planned. U16 women and men, Master women and men, OC1 women and men, SS2 and OC2 mixed, Paracanoe and finally school event.

Sustainability
We are commited to organize the most environmental friendly event. To achieve this goal we have plan some concrete actions to minimize the impact of this event. Here are some example
Dry Toilet
In order to limit the water consumption, the event site will be equiped with dry toilets lended by Art'Zimutés music festival
Recycling
No garbage is going to end its life on our beach ! We will provide specific dustbin to sort any type of garbage in the entire site. You just need to use it 🙂
Eco Cup
Promotional eco cup of the event with the logo will be available at the bar in exchange of a 1 € coin. Give back the cup before leaving and you will get your money back
Protection
Dolphins, porpoises, seals and so many other species that we get the chance to see regularly on our coast. They deserve us to do whatever we can to protect them.
